    Enabling MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring an MFA code along with your password to log in.

    For trusted devices you frequently use, you can choose to skip verification for a smoother login experience.

  • What if my MFA code isn't recognized?

    If your code isn't recognized and your account has a verified email address or phone number linked, you can use one of those to log in instead.

    If you have no other linked verification methods, contact Customer Service for assistance.

  • How do I top up NEO Coins (NEOCRAFT official Coins)?

    Log in to your account on the NEOCRAFT website.

    Go to User Center > My Wallet > Recharge NEO Coins.

    Select the "Recharge NEO Coins" tab.

    Choose the desired amount from USD$1 to USD$500 or enter a custom amount. (Note: USD$1 = 1 NEO Coin)

    Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

    Visit the official NEOCRAFT website and click RECHARGE from the top menu.

      Log in to your account and go to Security Center > MFA Dynamic Code Setup.

      Follow the instructions to bind your account with an authenticator app.

  • How can I disable or change my MFA?

    Visit the Security Center and navigate to "MFA Dynamic Code Setup."

    Follow the on-screen instructions to disable your current MFA. You'll be prompted to either enter your current MFA code or verify your login password for security purposes.

    Once disabled, you can bind a new MFA method if desired.

    You can also replace your current MFA by entering the MFA code that you are currently bound to

  • How do I bind my phone number to my account?

    Go to User Center > Security Center > Phone Binding.

    Enter your phone number and click the button to receive a verification code.

    Enter the verification code and click Next to complete.

  • How do I change my phone number?

    This feature is only available if your account is already linked to a phone number.

    Go to User Center > Security Center > Phone Binding.

    Enter your current phone number and verification code, then click Next.

    Enter the new phone number and complete the verification process.

  • How do I unbind my phone number?

  • How do I bind a security email to my account?

    Go to User Center > Security Center > Email Binding.

    Enter a valid email address and click the button to receive a verification code.

    Enter the verification code and click Next to complete.

      This feature is only available if your account is already linked to an email address.

      Go to User Center > Security Center > Email Binding.

      Enter your current email address and verification code to continue.

      Enter the new email address and complete the verification process.

  • How can I improve my account security?

      Go to User Center > Security Center > Account Security Assessment.

      Follow the provided guidance to improve your account security score.

  • How to reset your password via secure email?

    Step 1: Via “Secure Email”

      (a) Fill in the bound secure email address in the designated input box and click to receive a verification code.

      (b) Enter the verification code received in your secure email and click verify.

      (c) From the listed game characters associated with the secure email, select the character for which you wish to change the password and click continue.

    Step 2: Follow the instructions t enter a new password.

  • How to reset your password via secure mobile phone?

    Step 1: Via “Secure Mobile”

      (a) Enter the secure mobile number bound to your account and click to receive a verification code.

      (b) Enter the verification code you received and click verify.

      (c) From the displayed game characters associated with that secure mobile number, select the character for which you wish to change the password and click continue.

    Step 2: Follow the instructions to enter a new password.

  • How to change Secure email/mobile phone?

    To change the bound secure email or mobile phone, please complete the verification process through either the original secure email, secure mobile phone, or a multi-factor authenticator.

    After successful verification, the system will lead you to the change page. Enter a new secure email or mobile phone and pass verification to successfully complete the change operation.

  • Security Settings Related Information

    When successfully bind a third-party account with a secure email address, this secure email automatically becomes a NEOCRAFT official login account, enhancing account security.

    Third-party accounts that have successfully bound a secure mobile number will be provided with options allowing users to set it as a mobile login account, facilitating future account management and security verification.
